IntelliTime Systems Corporation Response - Statement of Work <br /> City of Sunny Isles Beach, Florida <br /> public service function must remain open during training possibly requiring two <br /> classes to alternate staff between training and the public service function. Also <br /> looks at 24x7 facilities to determine if night classes or bringing staff in during the <br /> day is preferable. The availability of computer training rooms or lecture halls and <br /> lunch rooms are reviewed to plan the training. <br /> Configuration and Testing Phase <br /> Upon approval of the initial deliverables defining the scope of the engagement, <br /> IntelliTime Systems Corporation will configure the software to the required <br /> specifications as documented in the System Configuration and Test Plan. This <br /> includes defining the following parameters in the software to make it ready for testing <br /> by the City. <br /> + Configure Pay Cycles and Pay Periods — One Bi-Weekly Pay Cycle <br /> • Enter Holiday Calendar(s) <br /> • Define Workflows <br /> •: Configure Timecards for Required Data Collection Elements <br /> • Configure Timekeeping Rules <br /> • Configure User Schedules <br /> • Configure Employee Import Interface from HR <br /> • Configure Schedule Templates and Staffing Metrics <br /> + Configure IVR Hiring Scripts <br /> • Configure Overtime Hiring Lists and Rules <br /> • Configure Skills and Jobs <br /> Based on the rules documented in the System Configuration and Test Plan the <br /> system will be configured for the required timekeeping and attendance scenarios for <br /> the appropriate bargaining units, employee FLSA statuses and positions for <br /> example. As chapters of this document are completed they are forwarded to the <br /> client's Project Manager for review and approval until the entire plan is completed. <br /> The configured system will be installed on the file server at the City in test mode. In <br /> the detailed Project Work Plan a Pilot Test group will be identified that is <br /> representative of some of the more complex scenarios in the System Configuration <br /> and Test Plan. Pilot Test groups should consist of special or more complex <br /> timekeeping requirements. <br /> Execute the Testing and Training Plan <br /> The System Administrator training will be held at City locations. This class includes <br /> all system administrator interfaces and procedures over two to three days.
