The system must allow multiple approval levels(3.3.4); system must allow supervisor to assign temporary timekeeping responsibility to another employee/supervisor. The system must be capable of restricting supervisor access to a specific group of assigned employees; supervisor should be able to correct a timesheet for any employee within their assigned area of responsibility,with notes of explanation for the change (3.3.5). ® Included: E Not Included: ❑ Comments: Edit and approval functionality is determined by security profile and each are completely customizable down to the field level. Security profiles are associated with positions providing system/product security. The system must allow supervisors to review and approve each individual timesheet. As the employee works real time visibility is provided to their total accumulated hours. Upon sign off of the labor hours,batches of payroll are initiated to calculate the gross/net for each employee.
