i KRONOS' ® 3.3.6. The Time and Attendance System must allow employees and supervisors to enter multiple pay or job codes during the work day. The pay or job codes must have a relation to the same job codes in the City's MCSJ system. Preference will be given to a system which can do so without remapping or cross referencing codes. Yes, this is a standard feature. 3.3.7.The Time and Attendance System must provide for scheduling employees on multiple shifts with pay differentials or premiums. Yes, this is a standard feature. 3.3.8.The City desires an annual support/maintenance structure that will be inclusive of all future sup- port and upgrades of the proposed system (non-hosted or hosted options, both). Yes, this is standard as part of your contract. 3.3.9.The system must comply with all Fair Labor Standards Act and City payroll policies and proce- dures. Yes, this is a standard feature. 3.3.10. The City desires real-time updating of time and attendance records within the proposed solu- tion. The method by which employees may enter time should be via Windows devices (i.e. PC, tablet), IPads or Smart Phones. Geotracking is desirable but not mandatory. Yes, this is a standard feature. 3.3.11. The system must maintain all data for inactive employees indefinitely; if archiving is required, details must be provided. Yes, this is a standard feature. No archiving is needed since the database will contain all data ele- ments for past and current employees. 3.3.12. All data remains the property of the City and must be available for export in an open format should we ever wish to change to another system. Yes, this is a standard feature.
