The City desires real-time updating of time and attendance records within the proposed solu- <br /> tion. The method by which employees may enter time should be via Windows devices (i.e. PC, <br /> tablet), IPads or Smart Phones. Geotracking is desirable but not mandatory. <br /> Yes, this is a standard feature. <br /> 3.3.11. The system must maintain all data for inactive employees indefinitely; if archiving is required, <br /> details must be provided. <br /> Yes, this is a standard feature. No archiving is needed since the database will contain all data ele- <br /> ments for past and current employees. <br /> 3.3.12.
