BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT AND RELEVANCE TO THIS CONTRACT (Include scope, size, and cost) <br />Landscape architectural services for this design-build urban community park’s <br />redevelopment included a synthetic turf football field, covered accessible <br />playground, picnic shelters, vita course trail, a splash park and a pool. The <br />park was originally opened in 1980 and named for Pastor Theodore Gibson, <br />but had fallen into disrepair. The residents of the historic Overtown <br />neighborhood of Miami are very excited to have their park back and much <br />improved.
