5. Amend Policy 4G. as follows:
<br /> Policy 4G. By 2010, the City shall conduct an assessment of the need for government
<br /> facilities, and sites that might be suitable for the location and development of these
<br /> facilities. Government facilities shall be permitted in all Land Use Districts except
<br /> Conservation, to the extent that the facility is compatible with proximate land uses in
<br /> accordance with e - •. - • _ • _ . •• _ -••- • e _ _ '_ - Future Land Use Policy 8D.
<br /> 6. Amend Policy 5B as follows:
<br /> Policy 5B. All development orders authorizing a new land use of development, or
<br /> redevelopment, or significant expansion of an existing use shall be contingent upon an
<br /> affirmative finding that the development of use conforms to, and is consistent with the
<br /> goals, objectives and policies of the Comprehensive Plan, including the adopted Land
<br /> Use Plan Map and "Land Use Implementation" provisions of this Element. The Director

<br /> Manager, and the City Attorney shall be the principal administrative interpreters of the
<br /> Comprehensive Plan. .

<br /> Policy 5C. All planning activities pertaining to development and redevelopment and the
<br /> provision of public services and facilities in the City of Sunny Isles Beach shall be
<br /> consistent with the "Population Estimates and Projections" outlined below, as they are
<br /> periodically amended and updated.
