<br />Mr. Brickley has over 13 years of surveying experience including ALTA boundary
<br />surveys, PLSS retracement surveys, mean high water line surveys, right-of-way control
<br />survey and maps, GPS-RTK topographic surveys, Digital Terrain Models (DTM),
<br />contours and profiles, GIS mapping projects, and maintenance mapping. Mr. Brickley is
<br />a Past President of the Indian River and UF Student Chapters of the Florida Surveying
<br />and Mapping Society.
<br />CR 510 to 58th Avenue Mobile Scan, Indian River County, Florida
<br />Mr. Brickley was the Senior Project Manager on this FDOT District IV project, for
<br />which Bowman provided survey services as a sub consultant to ACA. Bowman Con-
<br />sulting verified the BLC and BM points from project network control sheets; estab-
<br />lished horizontal control on aerial and mobile LiDAR targets, established vertical con-
<br />trol on LiDAR targets; took pavement cross-sections along CR 510; performed a DTM/
<br />topographic survey; and performed a drainage survey.
<br />The Moorings Club (formerly Hawks Nest Golf Club), Vero Beach, Florida
<br />While with a previous firm, Mr. Brickley prepared an ALTA survey of this approximately
<br />200 acre private golf course and facilities within the Indian River Farms Company
<br />Subdivision, including title review and attorney coordination. The boundary survey
<br />required resolution of Old Dixie Highway, FEC railroad right-of-way and the North
<br />Relief Canal and Lateral G rights-of-way (Indian River Farms WCD).
<br />Farmer’s Market Road Culvert Replacement, St. Lucie County, Florida
<br />Mr. Brickley was the Project Manager for this project for the design and construction of
<br />new drainage improvements, including the replacement of an existing deteriorated 36”
<br />culvert with approximately 60 lineal feet of box culvert. The exiting culvert ran from
<br />the 7th Street ditch south underneath Farmre’s Market Road to to the south right-of-
<br />way line. Bowman Consulting performed a topographic survey, base mapping, right-
<br />of-way locations, utility locations, and easement preparation.
<br />Florida Department of Transportation District IV Projects, Various Locations,
<br />Florida
<br />Bowman Consulting Group is currently contracted by District IV for districtwide
<br />right-of-way surveying and mapping services, and has provided similar services this
<br />District in the past. The scope of services for this district-wide contract includes
<br />right-of-way monumentation, right-of-way control surveys, genesis maps, right-of-
<br />way monumentation maps, project network control surveys, digital terrain models,
<br />low altitude papping projects (LAMP), route surveys, wetland delineations, boundary
<br />surveys, topographic surveys, right-of-way intervals, monumentation, control
<br />structures, photos, utilizing GPS RTK and EFB procedures.
<br />Vertical Control Densification Projects, Martin County, Florida
<br />As a part of the effort to densify the County’s NAVD88 vertical control network and
<br />help strengthen the county’s FEMA rating our team performed multiple vertical
<br />control surveys using digital levels and second order, or higher accuracy standards.
<br />There were 77 miles of adjusted digital level runs and 141 benchmarks certified by our
<br />team, delivered in format to be published into the County’s GIS.
