His experience includes ALTA/ACSM Land Title <br />surveys, boundary surveys, right-of-way control surveys and maps, horizontal and <br />vertical control surveys, topographic surveys, mean high water line surveys, P.L.S.S. <br />retracement surveys, Digital Terrain Models (DTM) and platting. <br />CR 510 to 58th Avenue Mobile Scan, Indian River County, Florida <br />Mr. Dao was a Project Surveyor on this FDOT District IV project, for which Bowman <br />provided survey services as a sub consultant to ACA. Bowman Consulting verified the <br />BLC and BM points from project network control sheets; established horizontal con- <br />trol on aerial and mobile LiDAR targets, established vertical control on LiDAR targets; <br />took pavement cross-sections along CR 510; performed a DTM/topographic survey; <br />and performed a drainage survey. <br />FDOT District IV, Jensen Beach Causeway Control Survey, Martin County, Florida <br />Mr. Dao was the Project Manager for this 2 mile right-of-way control project located in <br />Martin County. Surveying services included setting control utilizing static GPS obser- <br />vations, developing the historic baseline alignment and existing righ-of-way corridor <br />with subdivision calculations, and development of a control survey. <br />FDOT District IV, PD&E SR-A1A North Bridge over ICWW Bridge Replacement, St. <br />Lucie County, Florida <br />Mr. Dao was the Project Manager for this 1 mile design survey and 2.5 mile control <br />survey project. The project involved locating improvements in the field, ground shots <br />and cross sections along the road corridor, and locating and processed data connecting <br />underground utilities over the 2 mile project boundary. <br />SFWMD C-23 Canal Boundary and Topographic Survey, St. Lucie & Martin Counties, <br />Florida <br />Mr. Dao was the Project Manager for this project, which included recovering the orig- <br />inal FCE and right-of-way monuments to establish the original USACE baseline align- <br />ment. The project also involved retracing the original government section corners, <br />establishing the I-95 right-of-way and delineating the County boundary between Mar- <br />tin and St. Lucie Counties. In addition, the project include poured-in-place SFWMD <br />monuments set at 500’ intervals along the right-of-way lines. <br />FDOT SR 5 & Orange Ave Intersection Survey, St. Lucie County <br />Mr. Dao was the Project Surveyor for this 0.2 mile design surveyi project. Mr. Dao was <br />responsible for all office mapping activities. The project involved setting horizontal <br />and vertical control for the project, running a bench level circuit in the field and post <br />processing in the office, locating improvements, scanning the intersection at Orange <br />Avenue and SR 5, and post processing data to produce a DTM. <br />Page 35
