His extensive <br />experience as includes: ALTA/ACSM Land Title surveys, boundary surveys, right-of- <br />way control survey and maps, horizontal and vertical control surveys, topographic <br />surveys, hydrographic surveys, mean high water line surveys, PLSS Retracement <br />surveys, Digital Terrain Models, contours, and profiles, and platting. <br />CR 510 to 58th Avenue Mobile Scan, Indian River County, Florida <br />Mr. Ditman was a Project Surveyor on this FDOT District IV project, for which Bow- <br />man provided survey services as a sub consultant to ACA. Bowman Consulting veri- <br />fied the BLC and BM points from project network control sheets; established horizon- <br />tal control on aerial and mobile LiDAR targets, established vertical control on LiDAR <br />targets; took pavement cross-sections along CR 510; performed a DTM/topographic <br />survey; and performed a drainage survey. <br />FDOT District IV, I-95 PD & E Study, Design Survey, St. Lucie and Indian River <br />Counties, Florida <br />Project Surveyor. 21-mile PD&E study. Establish horizontal survey control using GPS <br />procedures. Establish vertical control utilizing digital leveling procedures. Bridge Sur- <br />veys, re-establishing the historical baseline, re-establish existing right-of-way lines and <br />drainage surveys. <br />FDOT District IV, St. Lucie West Boulevard Design Survey, St. Lucie County, Florida <br />Project Surveyor: 1 mile Design Survey along St. Lucie West Boulevard at State Road 9. <br />Establish survey control using GPS procedures. Perform DTM topo, locate and report <br />location of geotechnical test holes. Scan existing St. Lucie West Boulevard bridge over <br />I-95 and provide a 3-D model of the bridge. <br />Florida’s Turnpike, Widening from Atlantic Avenue to Lantana Toll Plaza, Palm <br />Beach County, Florida <br />Mr. Ditman was the Project Surveyor on this project. The project invovled survey con- <br />trol and layout for approximately seven (7) miles of Florida’s Turnpike mainline for <br />widening to six lanes. This project included field layout for all drainage, bridge im- <br />provements, pavements, barrier walls, lighting and earthwork excavation. <br />SR 9 St. Lucie West Blvd. bridge over I-95, St. Lucie County, Florida <br />Mr. Ditman was the Project Manager responsible for all survey services for this 1 <br />mile design and control survey. His responsibilities included 3D laser scan and mod- <br />eling of the bridge and abutment, conventional data collection and data management, <br />post processing, and QA/QC of deliverables. <br />Zirinsky Ranch, Martin County, Florida <br />Mr. Ditman was a Project Surveyor on this project. His responsibilites included QA/ <br />QC of the control survey, conducting a PLSS boundary resolution and topographic <br />survey of approximately 140+ acrese located on Pratt-Whitney Road. <br />Page 36
