She is proficient in boundary and topographic surveys, ALTA/ACSM Land Title surveys, platting, legal descriptions and sketches, AutoCAD, and AutoCAD Civil 3D to produce complex PLSS and route boundary surveys as well as title exhibits and right-of-way maps. SFWMD District S48 & S50 Topography, St. Lucie County, Florida Ms. Langbehn was a CADD Technician on this project, which included a topographic survey at Structure 48 on Canal 23, and Structure 50 on Canal 25 for the South Flori- da Water Management District. Services included: establishing horizontal and vertical control, taking cross sections of Structure 50, locating the limits of mangrove trees and gopher tortoise burrow locations within the gopher tortoise sanctuary at both Structures. Florida Fish & Wildlife Commission South West Regional Office Site Renovations, Polk County, Florida Bowman Consulting provided surveying services at the South West Regional Office for site renovations. The survey served to investigate site conditions and design drainage improvements within the existing limits of the facility. Bowman Consulting performed a topographic survey of the existing improvements and limited cross section informa- tion within the low lying, or wetland, area on the east site of the property. Ms. Lang- behn was a CADD Technician on this project. Cove Road, Martin County, Florida Ms. Langbehn was the lead CADD Technician for the resolution of this historic baseline alignment within the Hanson Grant and St. Lucie Inlet Farms record plat. This project in- cluded TIFF deeds, state right-of-way maps, platted dedications, and section retracement. Salerno Road, Martin County, Florida Ms. Langbehn was the CADD Technician for this right-of-way mapping project. The proj- ect involved mapping along a five mile corridor alignment from SR 76 to US Highway 1. Florida Fish & Wildlife Commission MECCA Farms Tract Boundary Survey, Palm Beach, Florida Bowman Consulting provided surveying services located within a portion of the Palm Beach County Biotechnology Research Park. The project involved a boundary survey of the proposed 150-acre shooting range property for submittal to Palm Beach Coun- ty. Services included: providing an updated title commitment, reviewing survey legal descriptions, tying surveying information into State Plane coordinates, depicting the location of all existing buildings, and tree locations. Ms. Langbehn was the CADD Technician on this project. J.W. Corbett Wildlife Management Area Levee, Tracts 23116-035 and 23116-044, Palm Beach County, Florida Bowman Consulting performed a boundary survey and provided sketch of descrip- tions for a land exchange between the South Florida Water Management District and the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Commission for the design and construction of a reinforce- ment levee. Survey crews established control in the projects remote location, locat- ed existing boundary monumentation, recovered section corners, prepared updated certified corner records, monument project boundary and locate improvements.
