This facility provides fresh drinking water for over 320,000 residents. The development of <br />the park was conceived by the City as an opportunity to expand the urban citizen’s awareness of the natural <br />ecosystem. <br />WGI’s Land Design Services Division was <br />involved in the inception of the design to provide <br />Master Plan studies, develop research for funding <br />and budget issues, as well as conducting <br />workshops with regional specialists in <br />environmental permitting for the development of <br />this facility in a pristine environment. WGI <br />produced all construction documentation for the <br />boardwalk system, wayfinding signage, parking <br />and helicopter pad. <br />25.
