BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT AND RELEVANCE TO THIS CONTRACT (Include scope, size, and cost)
As consultant for the Town of Davie Community Redevelopment
Agency, CTA is helping rejuvenate the downtown area and helping to
create much needed pedestrian corridors, as well as upgrading the
infrastructure. Recently, the first back-of-house parking lot was
completed. This design concept is geared towards creating a main
street in downtown Davie to accentuate an urban setting through the
town. Instead of the current pull in parking and large driveway
openings, which present a hazardous situation for pedestrians, we are
trying to create safe and comfortable pedestrian corridors. With large
dining patios, landscape strips, site furnishings and the addition of on-
street parallel parking, we are taking blighted old buildings and
presenting them an opportunity for a facelift. Hopefully with these
updates it will help bring additional development into the area.

25.
