The Community Strategic Plan shall contain strategies to coordinate with other local <br />governments, particularly those in the northeast Miami-Dade County area, in order to foster the achievement of <br />mutually beneficial goals regarding quality of life, infrastructure, the transportation network, coastal area <br />planning, economic development, and other areas of common interest. <br /> <br />50. Add a new Policy 161. as follows: <br /> <br />Policy 161. The Community Strategic Plan shall be developed in accordance with and address the issues <br />prescribed in Florida statutes pertaining to the adoption of an optional Visioning Element. <br /> <br />17 <br />
