Vera, Assistant City Manager/ Service Division <br />Robert Solera, Community Development Director <br /> <br />December 13, 2007 <br /> <br />Comprehensive Plan Amendments <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION <br /> <br />It is recommended that the City Commission approved the Comprehensive Plan Amendments <br />based on the approved Evaluation Appraisal Report (EAR) Report. <br /> <br />REASONS <br /> <br />Based on the adopted the Evaluation Appraisal Report (EAR) report of September 2005, the <br />planning consulting fum of Bell David Group has prepare the amendments to the City's <br />Comprehensive Master Plan based on the adopted EAR report. These amendments are intended to <br />implement the following. <br /> <br />1. Policies in the Future Land Use Map. <br />2. Housing Element. <br />3. Transportation Element. <br />4. Capital Improvement Element. <br />5. Infrastructure Element. <br />6. Conservation Element. <br />7.
