MULCH (Excluding the west side of Biscayne Blvd. and the William Lehman <br />Causeway). <br />1. Premium grade Cypress bark mulch (provide evidence of type and grade of mulch, to <br />City, prior to delivery, for approval by Citys' Landscape Architect). <br />2. Mulch all planting areas not covered by shrubs, ground cover, or existing mulch (two <br />times per year, or as directed by City), so as to effect a 3" deep mulch depth. <br />3. Contractor will provide and install all required mulch at his expense. <br />T. METHODS OF MAINTENANCE <br />1. Mowing of lawn areas (except Bermuda turf). <br />A. Mow and edge all lawn areas every ten (10) days from October 1 thru April <br />1 and every seven (7) days from April 1 thru October 1 (40 cuts) <br />B. Remove and properly dispose of all visible grass clippings from site. <br />2. Edging <br />A. Edge, as required, to maintain a neat, clean appearance. <br />B. Maintain shape of planting beds as originally designed. <br />3_ Trimming <br />A. Lift all trees over 20' height and adjacent to walks and vehicular areas to a <br />minimum of 12' of clear trunk.
