<br />CONFORMITY WITH STATE STATUTES. If any provision of this Policy conflicts with any applicable state law, the provision <br />will be deemed to conform to the minimum requirements of the law. <br /> <br />NORKERS' COMPENSATION, This Policy is not to be construed to provide benefIts required by Workers' Compensation laws. <br /> <br />COMPANY'S DISCRETIONARY AUTHORITY, By purchasing this Policy, the Group Policyholder grants the Company the <br />discretion and fmal authority to resolve all questions arising from the administration, interpretation and application of this Policy, <br />This authority includes the right to determine: <br />(1) eligibility for coverage; <br />(2) entitlement to benefIts; <br />(3) the amount of benefIts payable; and <br />(4) the amount and sufficiency of information reasonably required to make such decisions, <br /> <br />In making any decision, the Company may rely on the accuracy and completeness of any information furnished by the Group <br />Policyholder or any Covered Person. Decisions made by the Company in the exercise of its discretionary authority shall be <br />conclusive and binding, Failure by the Company to enforce any provision of this Policy does not render that provision unenforceable. <br /> <br />The Group Policyholder, as plan sponsor, agrees that the Group Policyholder retains full responsibility for the legal and tax status of <br />its benefIts program; and releases the Company from all responsibility for the reporting and the design of the program; and from all <br />other responsibilities not accepted in writing by a designated Officer in the Company's Home Office, <br /> <br />CURRENCY.
