This insurance coverage includes coverage for <br />General/Products Liability, Automobile Insurance, Workers Compensation/Employers Liability, <br />Property Insurance, TransiUCargo Insurance, and Excess/Umbrella Liability Insurance, as well as <br />many others. <br /> <br />It is Tyco's corporate policy to not issue insurance certificates or other detailed coverage <br />statements, until actual contracts have been agreed to. Once contracts are drawn up, we are <br />more than willing to produce certificates evidencing our insurance coverages in a timely and <br />expedient manner in a format shown by our sample insurance form. Until such time, please let <br />this letter serve as evidence that Tyco International does purchase insurance that complies with <br />all applicable regulations, laws, customs, and practices for all US states, territories, possessions, <br />Canada, Mexico, along with most countries in the world. Please also note that Tyco is a <br />company with annual revenues of over $36 Billion and operates in over 80 countries.
