The plan should outline the necessary <br />measures, which the Contractor proposes to perform at no additional cost to the Owner in <br />case of a hurricane warning. <br /> <br />B. <br /> <br />In the event of inclement weather or whenever the Engineer shall direct; the Contractor will <br />cause Subcontractors to protect carefully the Work and materials against damage or injury <br />from the weather. If, in the opinion of the Engineer, any portion of Work or materials shall <br />have been damaged or injured by reason of failure on the part of Contractor or any <br />Subcontractor to so protect the Work, such Work and materials shall be removed and <br />replaced at the expense of the Contractor. <br /> <br />1.06 EQUIPMENT, TESTING & INSPECTION <br /> <br />A. <br /> <br />Regardless of the number of days specified in the individual sections for the manufacturers <br />representative to be present on the site for inspection and testing, if the equipment fails to <br />perform as specified then the representative shall remain on site until the malfunction is <br />corrected and the Owner received specified days of inspection or testing. <br /> <br />B. <br /> <br />The cost for the additional days required shall not be added to the cost of the Owner, but <br />shall be to the account of the Contractor. <br /> <br />PART 2 - PRODUCTS (Not Used) <br /> <br />PART 3 - EXECUTION (Not Used) <br /> <br />END OF SECTION <br /> <br />06/05 <br /> <br />01030-2 <br /> <br />03-4138.8 <br />
