Images can be displayed in <br />bitonal or Scale to Gray (preferred) at 'fit to width', full size, or various zoom percentages. USing the <br />thumbnail view, the user can manipulate pages Within a document or create new documents. <br /> <br />The manipulation function Includes. adding pages to another document (previously scanned or template <br />indexed with no pages), rearranging pages, deletion of selected pages, moving pages between <br />documents, and page rotation The DIMS prOVides the following annotations Sticky Notes, colored <br />highlighting (image and text), and default and configured stamps (public and private). <br /> <br />The LaserFiche DIMS also has the ability to black out and white out specific fields, areas on images, as <br />well as whole pages and documents (redaction) The ability to apply redaction is based on the security <br />authorization of the user The ability to view and print a document with or without redactions is controlled <br />through the security model. LaserFiche DIMS users can print, fax, email, or extract all Information they <br />are authorized to access Any access restrictions, such as redactions, are preserved dUring this process <br /> <br />When a redacted document is viewed, the redacted areas are presented in black or white.
