<br />LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURE TASKS <br /> <br />Task 4. <br /> <br />Tree Removal/Relocation Plans <br /> <br />Task 5. <br /> <br />Task 6. <br /> <br />Document Preparation - Consultant shall review the tree <br />survey for the project and collect data on the existing site <br />conditions to prepare tree removal/relocation construction <br />documents for the Project. The documents will designate <br />existing trees to be preserved, removed, or relocated as <br />well as new trees necessary for replacement credits, if <br />required. The documents shall include plans, details, tree <br />credit and replacement charts, and notes for the proposed <br />tree preservation, removal, and relocation activities <br />meeting the minimum requirements of the City of Sunny <br />Isles Beach. The documents will be submitted to the City <br />of Sunny Isles Beach for review. Revisions required upon <br />review of the initial submittal, are included in this fee. <br /> <br />FEE: Lump Sum of $1,200. <br /> <br />Tree Removal/Relocation Permitting - Consultant shall <br />prepare a tree removal permit application and support <br />documentation that includes plans, location maps and <br />mitigation tables as required for permitting existing non- <br />invasive trees proposed for removal or relocation. <br />Consultant shall then submit the tree removal permit <br />application and support documents to Miami-Dade County <br />for removal/relocation activities associated with the existing <br />trees on-site. The fee below does not include the <br />application fee required for tree removal/relocation. <br /> <br />FEE: Lump Sum of $1,200. <br /> <br />Planting Design <br /> <br />A. Plan Preparation - Consultant shall revise the <br />previously submitted 100% planting construction <br />documents to reflect the proposed changes. The <br />documents will include plans, details, quantities, notes and <br />size specifications for the installation of the proposed <br />landscaping and will be submitted 10 the Client as part of <br />the site plan package. Revisions required by the Client <br />upon review of the new 50%, 90%, and 100% submittals <br />are included in this fee. <br /> <br />FEE: Lump Sum of $3,000. <br /> <br />B.
