ACCESS BY LESSOR. The LESSOR may enter and inspect the Leased <br /> Premises during business hours with reasonable notice or in any emergency situation without <br /> notice. Notwithstanding the foregoing, LESSEE shall provide LESSOR with keys to any locked <br /> gate on the Leased Premises in case of an emergency. <br /> 17. OPERATION OF BUSINESS BY LESSEE. The Parties understand and agree <br /> that LESSEE will be supervising construction from the Leased Premises. LESSEE, its <br /> employees, agents, contractors, servants, customers and/or invitees are strictly prohibited from <br /> congregating and/or obstructing traffic on Bayview Drive. <br /> 18. LESSEE'S SIGNS. LESSEE, at its sole discretion, may place or cause to be <br /> placed a sign or signs on the Leased Premises consistent with LESSEE's business operations. <br /> 19. GOVERNING LAW & VENUE. This Lease Agreement shall be construed <br /> and governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Florida, without giving effect to its conflict <br /> of laws__pro_visions.
