Site Plan <br /> <br />1: Prepare up to two (2) alternative Concept Schematic Master Site plans and conceptual schematic <br />design massing studies. <br />2: Attend three (3) meetings with City representatives to review master plan and massing studies. <br />3: Preliminary Code review listing appropriate codes <br />4: Prepare the following materials for concept schematic design package: <br />a. Up to two (2) Conceptual Schematic Master Site plans <br />b. Single Line Floor plans <br />c. Front Elevation Sketch <br />d. Elevation massing Sketches <br />e. Architectural renderings (up to two) <br />f. Narrative of Concept schematic design <br />5: Attend up to two (2) meetings with City representatives to review concept schematic design <br />6: Prepare concept schematic design estimate of construction cost <br />7: Update project schedule <br />8: Attend one (1) presentation to the City Commission <br />9: With approval from Owner, proceed to the next phase, update design <br /> <br />Task 2 -Schematic Desi~n <br /> <br />1: Finalize schematic design documentation based upon results of Task 1 for review by using <br />agencies. <br />2: Presentation of schematic design to all agencies for their review. This includes all local permitting <br />agencies for compliance with Life Safety and ADA requirements. <br />3: Prepare the following materials for schematic design package: <br />a. Site plan, indicating location of building, parking area, access road, preliminary storm <br />drainage. <br />b. Landscape plan- preliminary landscape plan <br />c. Floor plans- with general layout and shape of building, includes preliminary life safety <br />plans. <br />d. Elevations of building- depicting all 4 sides of buildings, including preliminary <br />exterior materials <br />e. Typical Building Sections <br />f. Building Systems Descriptions to in estimating costs. <br />g. Architectural renderings (up to two) including 3 dimensional rederings. <br />h.
