PROJECT <br /> <br />Provide Consulting Civil Engineering Services for the plans design of an existing <br />12" water main extension relocation along Sunny Isles Boulevard from <br />approximately Sta. 134 + 51 to Sta. 136+45 connecting to the newly constructed <br />water main completed by St. Tropez on the Bay Project.. <br /> <br />2. SCOPE OF WORK <br /> <br />1. Data Gathering and conferences with the City of Sunny Isles, and City of <br />North Miami Beach, as well as the regulatory agencies having jurisdiction <br />on the project, including Miami-Dade County DERM and WASD. <br />2. Obtain from others: <br />· Land Surveying necessary to determine the finish ground <br />elevations and other features (e.g. driveways, trees, electric poles <br />and lights, catch basins, etc.) along the alignment of the facilities <br />being designed in general, <br />· Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE). <br /> <br />3. Preparing water main replacement plan and profile drawings in <br />accordance with the City of North Miami Beach construction standards <br />and specifications. <br />4. Dry-run and final plans submittal through the City of North Miami Beach, <br />Miami-Dade County DERM, and Fire Depts. and Department of Health <br />(DOH) for processing and approval. . <br /> <br />.' <br /> <br /> <br />2 '9' NW 97 Avenue Miami.
