The scope of services include the following: <br /> 1. Park Maintenance - $161,200.00 <br /> • 2. Right of Way Maintenance - $189,280.00 <br /> 3. Beach Access -$34,060.00 <br /> 4. Parking Lots-$11,960.00 <br /> 5. Government Facilities - $59,800.00 <br /> 6. Miscellaneous tasks- $193,700.00 <br /> Lukes has agreed to perform the above scope of services for a total amount not to exceed <br /> $650,000.00 (six hundred and fifty thousand dollars) per year. The Agreement between Lukes and <br /> the City is for one year. However, the City retains the option to renew the Agreement for an <br /> additional four (4) yearly renewal terms. <br /> The Agreement clearly requires that all payments for the scope of services must be based on <br /> invoices submitted to the City. Any work done outside the scope of services must be preapproved <br /> in advance by the City. In the event the vendor proceeds to do work outside the scope of services, <br /> without pre-authorization from the City, the City is under no obligation to pay for the unauthorized <br /> work. Please note that Lukes has agreed to commence work no later than September 3,2012. <br /> SIB <br />
