<br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />SECTION 01025 <br /> <br />MEASUREMENT FOR PAYMENT <br /> <br />P,~.RT 1 - GENERAL <br /> <br />1.01 SCOPE <br /> <br />A. Payment for the various items of the Schedule of Prices, as further <br />specified herein, shall include all compensation to be received by the <br />Contractor for furnishing all tools, equipment, supplies, and manufactured <br />articles, labor, operations, permit fees, licenses, taxes, insurances, bonds, <br />overhead and retrofit, and incidental appurtenant to the items of work being <br />described, as necessary to complete the various items of the work all in <br />accordance with the requirements of the Contract Documents including all <br />appurtenances thereto, and including all costs of compliance with the <br />regulations of public agencies having jurisdiction, including Safety and <br />Health Administration of the U.S. Department of Labor (OSHA). No <br />separate payment will be made for any item that is not specifically set forth <br />in the Schedule of Prices, and all costs therefore shall be included in the <br />prices named in the Schedule for the various appurtenant items of work. <br /> <br />1.02 SCHEDULE OF VALUES <br /> <br />A. Submit schedule on Owner's Standard form, as outlined in Section 01152 - <br />Applications for Payment. <br /> <br />B. Reference paragraphs 2.6, 2.8 and 14.1 of Section 00700 - General <br />Conditions. <br /> <br />1.03 LUMP SUM <br /> <br />A. Unless otherwise stated, payment for lump sum items will be based upon <br />the completion of the entire lump sum item, complete in place, all in <br />accordance with the requirements of the Contract Documents. <br /> <br />1.04 PAYMENT AND PERFORMANCE BOND <br /> <br />A.
