By the second day after <br />storm we had established four temporary debris monitoring sites and within ten days <br />ten debris sites were open. In the weeks that followed we managed a team of more than <br />a hundred workers, including subconsultants, to monitor debris removal and establish <br />and monitor debris management sites, Altogether we monitored the removal and <br />management of 3_5 million cubic yards of debris.
