PROJECT OWNER <br />Erie County De t. of Public Works <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />24 BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT AND RELEVANCE TO THIS CONTRACT (Inctude scope, size, and cost) Fees: $2,500,000 <br />In response to Erie County's needs and requests, Malcolm Pimie <br />responded quickly following the devastating effects of the October <br />12-13,2006 snowstorm, The snowstonn dropped over 20 inches of <br />snow in less than 12 hours, causing serious damages throughout the <br />county, <br />Malcolm Pimie and its wholly owned subsidiary, Rostan Solutions, <br />LLC, deployed over 150 quality assurance monitors within less than <br />2 days, and provided an additional 100 monitors, as the county <br />requested them, within less than 24 hours. For this event we <br />mobilized our ready team and then hired from the local population <br />and used a local minority subconsultant to support our team, which <br />was based at our temporary operations center set up for this event. <br />Our team provided debris monitoring services to the county, including <br />quality assurance (QA) monitoring of right-of-way debris collection, <br />leaning-tree and hanging-limb removals, and temporary debris storage and <br />reduction site (TDSRS) tower QA load calls for incoming stonn debris <br />and outgoing mulch, In addition, we provided administrative and <br />management support for photographic documentation and tracking of all <br />leaner and hanger operations. <br /> <br />RELEVANT FEATURES <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />.
