We work closely with you to ensure debris contractors are mobilizing as well, disposal sites are available (and permitted) and securing a logistics chain. Storm Debris Collection Contracts Review, , Training Workshops and Table Top Exercises :J Public Relations and Information Planning I I I I It is our standard procedure, in support of hurricane recovery efforts, to provide quality assurance monitors (QA's) within hours of notification by the City to monitor debris contractor operations for the "cut and toss" period and at loading and disposal sites for the collection phase, The number of QA monitors will be sufficient to provide for all load site. disposal site (tower) and roving monitors and supervisors that may be required depending upon the severity of the event. Work will be performed 12-14 hours per day, 7 days per week. or as project requirements change and as directed by the City.
