SRI provided all needed per-
sonnel and was the only debris management and monitoring firm used by the County following Hurricane
Wilma. At the height of operations, approximately 600 debris clearance personnel and 271 trucks provided
debris collection. A total of 172 SRI personnel provided the County's monitoring, data management and
FEMA-compliance services.

Prior to and after Hurricane Wilma, SRI personnel were in constant response mode for Lee County. Immedi-
ately after the storm, SRI installed project management and up to 60 field and site monitors that provided
monitoring services to supervise over 150 trucks in the removal of 500,000 cubic yards of debris. SRI monitors
also monitored the debris removal from waterways and barrier islands.

Solid Resources, Inc. provided comprehensive debris monitoring services to Charlotte County following Hur-
ricanes Charley and Ivan.
