Storm drainage design and gutter flow analysis (if required by the <br />City) related to streetscape improvements <br /> <br />· Analysis of basement conflicts with sidewalks, ADA access and tree <br />planting. <br /> <br />. Limited utility coordination; however, EDAW will provide sufficient <br />detail to coordinate the work with appropriate utilities and City of <br />Savannah. <br /> <br />. Opinion of probable costs <br /> <br />EDAW to submit the design development documents and the opinion of <br />probable costs to the Client for review and written approval before initiating <br />construction documents. <br /> <br />Construction Documents <br />Construction documents will consist of drawings and specifications as <br />requirements for bidding / negotiating and for contracting for the construction <br />of the project. <br /> <br />EDAW will prepare the construction documents in accordance with the <br />standard requirements established by the Client's public bid process. <br /> <br />EDAW will make submittals to the Client at 50%, 90% and 100% progress <br />throughout the construction document process, including updating probable <br />costs. <br /> <br />The Construction Documents will consist, but not be limited to, the following: <br /> <br />. Topographic survey <br />. Erosion control plans <br />. Site protection / demolition plans <br />. Site layout plans <br />. Site grading / drainage plans <br />. Storm profiles (if necessary) <br />. Utility coordination plans <br />. Electrical/Illumination plans <br />. Striping plans <br />. Traffic control and pedestrian safety plans (if necessary) <br />. Construction phasing. <br />. Regulatory Signage <br />. Information Kiosk details <br />. Basement modification details (if necessary) <br />· Landscape plans <br />. Site details <br />. Detailed construction cost estimate at each submittal as required by <br />Client <br /> <br />EDAW INe DESIGN. PLANNING AND ENVIRONMENTS WORLDWIDE <br />
