<br /> culverts. Project was funded by FEMA due to major flooding in the area. The North Canal is located in Homestead, Florida and provides flow between the
<br /> Everglades and Biscayne Bay. Design followed FEMA, FHWA/FDOT, Miami-Dade County Public Works, and Miami-Dade County DERM procedures and
<br /> desiqn standards.
