<br /> Isles Beach. The foundation design for this project consists of the use of 30-inch-diameter, 145 ft to 150 ft long augered cast-in-
<br /> place (ACIP) piles extended beyond the compressible sand and weakly cemented layers typically encountered in the Sunny Isles
<br /> Beach area. The ACIP pile load testing program included the installation of a deep O-cell embedded jack, approximately 24 ft
<br /> above the tip of the test pile, The services also included the collection and testing of the near-surface materials for compatibility
