The scope of services included the utilities master plan <br />for the park, the scope verification of the master plan, the design of Recreation Field Center, multiple soccer <br />fields with bleachers, multiple baseball fields, fields to include lighting and irrigation, picnic shelters, <br />restrooms/storage building, three parking lots with 268 parking spaces in total, and pathways. Project <br />Manager for the County Adelfa Martinez. This project is currently Ongoing and design phase was just been <br />completed. The construction cost of Phase I for this project was estimated to be $4,530,000.00, with the <br />overall construction cost for all Phases at $ 40,000,000 dollars. Sr. Project Manager responsible for Site <br />planning and coordination with civil engineering for all utilities and traffic constraints. Design two picnic <br />shelter buildings, a Community Field House, two lit football/soccer fields and parking area for two hundred <br />sixty four cars.
