<br />safe environment for both tourists and locals. WA served as the Architect and Engineer of Record for the redevelopment of a 700,000
<br />SF "urban destination" retail complex. These improvements were coordinated with the City of South Miami and its Hometown Plan.
<br />The expansion also included an addition to the existing parking garage to creating a 580.000 SF, eight-level structure for a total of
<br />1,700 parking spaces.

<br />ments above. In all, the project presents itself as the prototype for mixed use in-town living.
