Daily performances, including theater, opera, con- <br />cert and cinema, combined with twelve signature restaurants, a gourmet food hall and market, and frequent pro- <br />grammed events, make City Place the destination of choice for Palm Beach County residents and visitors. Phase <br />I development includes 350,000 SF of specialty and service retail, 100,000 SF of cinema, 150,000 SF of restau- <br />rants, a 5,000 SF Children's Museum, 3,600 seats of theaters/concert halls and 500 residential units.
