BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT AND RELEVANCE TO THIS CONTRACT (Include scope, size and cost) <br />Wolfberg Alvarez and Partners is providing Architectural and Engineering services to the Village of Palmetto Bay <br />for their new 9,000 SF Library and Community Center as part of a General Consulting Contract with the Village. <br />The Library and Community Center will be utilized as a meeting place within the community for a variety of semi- <br />nars and events. The Library which encompasses an area of approximately 5,000 SF employs large windows pro- <br />tected by over hangs that double as verandas to introduce natural daylight into the spaces that will include a <br />Reading Room, Children's Center and Computer Lab. WA additionally did the Master Planning for the project. <br /> <br />As the first significant new building for the Village, the architectural vocabulary and materials palette selected will <br />become the standard for future developments. <br /> <br />Cost-$2,800,000 <br /> <br /> <br />. <br /> <br /> 25.
