<br /> signing & pavement marking plan proved to be a challenge due to the complexity in its profiles were a balance of existing
<br /> and proposed geometry needed to be precise. His management skill directed this project towards a positive outcome to
<br /> the Department. Mr. Soria was responsible guidance for post design services of this roadway project during construction.
