<br />signing & pavement marking plan proved to be a challenge due to the complexity in its profiles were a balance of existing
<br />and proposed geometry needed to be precise. His management skill directed this project towards a positive outcome to
<br />the Department. Mr, Soria was responsible guidance for post design services of this roadway project during construction.
