<br />Procedure <br /> <br />· The Demolition of the existing pier will be performed with the use of a 200' x 50' <br />ABS barge, a 200 ton crane, and tug boat and crew. <br />· The superstructure debris will be removed and placed into dumpsters on the barge <br />deck and removed to upland for disposal. <br />· The wood piling will be extracted and also placed into dumpsters on the barge <br />deck. (Wood piling will be used as false work during the construction phase then <br />removed). <br />· The upland piling and the restaurant piling will be installed with land based <br />equipment and will be performed at the same time as the test piles for the pier. <br />· Construction of the Restaurant Building will begin when upload & restaurant piling <br />is complete (After approximately 3 months). <br />· The pier piles will be installed from the barge. The piling will be accurately placed <br />into drilled holes against false work previously placed. <br />· The pile will then be driven according to the engineers specifications. <br />· The pile cap installation and concrete pouring will be performed with the aid and a <br />large 600' long concrete pump. <br />· The setting of the 'T' decks will be furnished installed from the floating barge. <br />· Total Construction Duration: 300 Days. <br /> <br />A <br />BROO'S~~UNQ <br />-........ <br />.~~OIII <br />
