BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT AND RELEVANCE TO THIS CONTRACT (Include scope, size, and cost) <br />Complete A&E services including design & graphic renderings <br /> <br />As part of a Professional Services Agreement contract which <br />BEA won from Miami-Dade County Park & Recreation Depart- <br />ment, BEA was assigned to substantial specific projects at Bird <br />lakes Park, Eureka Villas Park, North Trail Park and Ives Estate <br />Park. Complete AlE services were provided for 3000 sf, i-story <br />recreation buildings for Bird lakes and Eureka Villas Parks, <br />including kitchen facilities, snack bars, restrooms, meeting <br />rooms, and mechanical and storage areas in each. <br />Additionally, Bird Lakes Park required an 800 sf covered open <br />area while a lighted parking lot was designed and constructed <br />for Eureka Villas Park. Recreational facilities were also de- <br />signed and constructed for Ives Estate Park and North Trail <br />Park at 3000 sf and 4450 sf, respectively. <br />These facilities included meeting rooms, offices, multipurpose <br />rooms, arts-and-craft rooms, restrooms, snack bars, kitchens, <br />and storage spaces for sports equipment and scooters. Ives <br />Estate Park additionally required a lighted parking lot; two <br />lighted, irrigated baseball fields; and an irrigated soccer field. <br />Kitchen and stove additions were also assigned for Olinda Park <br />and Soar Park, utility and storage buildings were designed and <br />constructed for Naranja Park and Colonial Park, while dressing <br />rooms and restrooms for an adjacent pool at Bannerman Park <br />were remodeled and upgraded to ADA standards. <br />Cost entire project: <br />Bird lakes Park: $500,000 <br />Eureka Villas Park: $600,000 <br />-fI; Ives Estates Park: $3.5 million <br />North Trail Park: $850,000 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Key Personnel: <br />Bruno-Elias Ramos, AlA, GC <br />.
