Existing <br />baseball fields were removed to make way for two new soccer fields, <br />The new fields will comply with international FIFA standards for full size <br />fields. Original construc- <br />tion documents were compared with shop drawings and with actual conditions to determine where the problems originated. Samples of <br />failed materials and extensive photography were gathered in a forensic effort to attribute cause and effect.
