However, SEA demonstrated that building two separate, single-story <br />15,000 square foot structures was more effective, more aesthetic, and no more costly. The two distinct structures confer a campus <br />environment more conducive to a park setting. <br />SEA worked closely with architects of the Public Library System and the General Services Administration to tailor a flagship facility. <br />Natural light bathes the entire interior and reduces lighting costs. The facility is fully wired and contains a separate meeting hall.
