POINT OF CONTACT TELEPHONE NUMBER <br /> <br />305.375.4862 <br /> <br />Design, plans review, RF/, and permitting <br /> <br /> <br />SEA was selected to design a state-of-the-art community center and branch library of the Miami-Dade County library system. <br />The client initially requested a 30,000 square foot, 2-story facility. However, SEA demonstrated that building two separate, single-story <br />15,000 square foot structures was more effective, more aesthetic, and no more costly. The two distinct structures confer a campus <br />environment more conducive to a park setting. <br />SEA worked closely with architects of the Public Library System and the General Services Administration to tailor a flagship facility. <br />Natural light bathes the entire interior and reduces lighting costs. The facility is fully wired and contains a separate meeting hall.
