This project is currently in process of Silver LEED certification. Green design and construction methods are being used throughout the park for environmental benefits. The project entailed the replacement of two 1,500 ton ~hillers; a three-cell cooling tower; a 2,700 sq ft expansion of the plant in order to house a further new 1,500 ton chiller; and an additional three-cell ~ooling tower. (3) BRIEF DESCRIPTION (Brief Scope. size. cost. etc.) AND SPECIFIC ROLE o Check if project performed with current firm Senior Lead Engineer responsible for all phases of engineering for this heavy equipment maintenance facility. The building was designed for the integration of a 4-ton crane system. Services also included programming assistance and permitting.
