ACAI has been selected to provide Roofing Consultation Services for Florida International University. A major component includes a Roof Asset <br /> Management Program (RAMP). ACAI's responsibility is to provide the University a program by which they can monitor the condition of all the <br /> roofs of owned properties. ACAI provides a Roof Abstract which provides a baseline of knowledge on each building roof and establishes its <br /> conditions at the time of the visit. The RA includes a roof plan sketch, pictures of the building and provides a general overview of the deck at a <br /> glance identifying the building and naming the roofing installer, the size and type of roof in place and the status of the warranty in place. As Campus Architect, ACAI is currently providing services for renovation/repair projects, assessment reports, schematic planning, <br /> and re-roofing projects throughout all of NSU's campuses. Projects include a $44M, 800,000 gsf medical campus complex in <br /> Davie, Florida; $70M, 214,000 gsf research building in Davie, Florida; $2.1 M, 53,000 gsf interior fitout in Tampa, Florida, and <br /> schematic planning for 64,800 gsf in West Palm Beach, Florida.
