ACAI has been contracted to provide Architectural services in the further development to the City of Miramar's Ansin Park. This <br />new one story, 9.000 sq. ft. facility is the second phase to Ansin Park. Continuity to our previous designed, the Baseball Pavilion, <br /> also located at this park. Its main function will be to support daily park administration serving as a community center and the <br /> adjacent 5,000-seat track and field area. It also includes stadium seating screen wall. As community center the areas <br /> programmed will be game, computers, lockers and a large multi-purpose room that can be divided into two spaces. Special <br /> features include a second floor press area/observation room, clock tower with electronic information board, and main covered <br /> porte-cochere at the entry. After the Assessment was completed, coordination of required repairs began. The Air Rescue Fire Fighting Facility (ARFF) is a consolidation of the city's multiple Fire Fighting activities under one roof. <br /> Housed in 24,000 sq. ft. of space the facility includes apparatus area, the City's west Emergency Operations Center, and Fire and <br /> Rescue Training Facilities. The two story structure contains fire department related offices, kitchen facilities, and sleeping quarters <br /> for 12 firefighters. This turn-key project involved over 5,000 bus stop locations and included <br /> design and construction services. <br /> (1) TITLE AND LOCATION (City and State) (2) YEAR COMPLETED <br /> FDOT DESIGN/BUILD SUNPASS PLAZAS PROFESSIONAL SERVICES CONSTRUCTION (if applicable) <br /> Turnpike District, Florida On-QoinQ <br /> (3) BRIEF DESCRIPTION (Briel scope, size. cost. etc.) AND SPECIFIC ROLE ~ Check if project performed with current firm <br />j. This project entails the Design/Build reconstruction and expansion of existing ramp toll plazas for express lanes as a prototypical <br /> modernization of the statewide Toll Collection System. The new prototype includes a three-dimensional iconic gateway gantry <br /> arch, along with highly stylized metal accented roof structures. The project scope consists of removing asphalt and concrete <br /> pavement, installation of landscape, roadway reconstruction and installation of collection gantries and other associated equipment <br /> and features. The first assignment is the delivery of High School JJJ in Coral <br /> Springs, Florida. Project responsibilities include programming, developing Educational Specifications and a full set of Criteria <br /> Documents for the Design/Build delivery of this $27,000,000, 2,580 student station facility. <br /> <br />19.
