The scope of work includes: <br /> <br />10th Street Auditorium - ADA barrier removal handicapped access to the <br />auditorium, Miami Design Preservation League bookstore and gift shop. <br />Building retained original design, placing access ramp on side of building <br />providing access to all areas including patio, beach and Ocean Drive <br />Promenade. <br /> <br />Old Municipal Office Building - ADA barrier removal to handicapped access, <br />keeping original design in consideration of making a grand main entry ramp <br />with attractive handrails and landscaping. <br /> <br />Beach Patrol Headquarters - ADA barrier removal for "Poster Child" of Miami <br />Beach Art Deco Weekend. Handicapped access for Beach Patrol <br />Headquarters as well as public bathrooms. Symmetrical arrangement of <br />ramps matched symmetrical facade of building making the improvements <br />appear to be part of original design. <br /> <br />
