BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT AND RELEVANCE TO THIS CONTRACT (Include scope, size, and cost) <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />City Hall BuildinG - Full analysis of City Hall accessibility routes and design <br />strategies to solve problems relating to ADA compliance. This analysis resulted <br />in the construction of three ADA ramps and one full accessible restroom. <br /> <br />Central Business District Traffic Study - Sunset Drive Development Area study of <br />CSD origin / destination traffic, as-well-as through traffic movements evaluated in <br />the context of the City's newly implemented Home Town Plan roadway and <br />sidewalk geometry. The study was conducted in multiple phases as follows: <br />Task-1 initial traffic evaluation, Task-2 data collection, and Task-3 alternative <br />solutions. The study concluded with 10 recommended improvements to traffic <br />flow, 9 of which could be implemented in the near term - three month time frame. <br /> <br />64th Street Traffic CalminG - One intersection test of design concepts of the <br />Hometown Plan. Neighborhood traffic calming solution at an existing off-set <br />roadway reconfiguration and landscape features to create a safer and more <br />residential pedestrian interface with vehicular through traffic. <br /> <br />74th Street DrainaGe - The first of a two phased analysis and design study to <br />improve the roadway and drainage in and around the 74th street intersection <br />with 59th avenue. Phase One scope of work includes a study of the project area <br />to determine construction constraints, permitting requirements, and the <br />preparation of a conceptual cost estimate based upon a schematic layout of <br />proposed improvements <br /> <br />Fuches Park PlavGrounds - Contract Documents for playground. <br /> <br />US-1 Median LandscaoinG Imorovements - Median landscape design and <br />related contract documents for eight separate median strips located on US-1 <br />between SW 57th avenue (Red Road) and SW 80th street. Landscape materials <br />were limited and controlled by FDOT Index 546 - sight distance at intersections <br />and FDOT Index 700 - design elements related to highway safety. <br />
