<br />As the Job Captain on this project, Mr. Koehler performed a complete exterior remediation of the Library Building for the Miami-Dade
<br />College North Campus. The scope of work included the restoration of all pre-cast concrete panels, sealant, joints, and windows
<br />caulking. In addition, the existing SBS modified built-up roof was replaced with a new single-ply system.

<br />Mr. Koehler is the Design Director in charge of SBLM's design of the new Kohl's headquarters in Manhattan. Mr. Koehler analyzed,
<br />programmed and provided space planning for the sprawling new space, which occupies 40,000 square-feet on two floors of a
<br />commercial building.
