The study included signalized intersection analysis, weaving analysis, queuing analysis, ramp analysis, <br /> interchange capacity analysis and crash analysis. The study was done using the latest traffic software such as CORSIM, SYNCHRO and <br />a. RJ Behar prepared layout of two roundabouts for the Village of Wellington along Flying Cow Road for future traffic calming. Mr. O'Keefe was responsible for negotiating and obtaining all utility agreements <br /> for the facility relocations with the affected UAO's using District 4 procedures.
