The scope of the project included master planning and feasibility analysis for the new roadway. This project involved the upgrading of the existing traffic signals to mast-arms and internally illuminated signs. Also as a part of the stormwater management system drainage wells were utilized to assist in alleviating flooding. The project required drainage calculations for approval from Miami-Dade County Department of Environmental Management (DERM). Mr. Alfred served as quality control engineer. c.
