The developed master plan will propose to identify the main water quantity and quality problems and will introduce strategic measures for mitigating such problems. She provided civil engineering services required for the development of the South Miami-Dade County watershed also known as the C-1 Basin. The purpose of the project was to develop a corrective plan for the management and treatment of storm water runoff including e. replacement and rehabilitation of storm water outfalls.
